All goods are sent tracked, insured.
Despatch is within 2 working days for stock items.
We use a variety of carriers depending on the size and weight, and type of service required.
Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
A Returns Form will be sent with your item. If you need to return an item please fill this in and enclose it in the parcel with the goods you are returning.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you are returning items you may consider using a trackable service with full insurance as parcels do go astray and no refund will be issued until the goods are received and found to be in original condition.
If your goods have a manufacturing fault that was not mentioned in the product description then we will refund your return postage.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

- Any item not in its original condition and deemed damaged by the buyer or a third party either through accident or intent.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
